對於熱愛戶外運動的我來說，晒完太陽後鎮靜舒緩背部來說真的是一項挑戰，透過球友介紹用了此噴霧，背後舒緩再也不用找人幫忙很方便，自己噴幾下就好了，但建議不要一次噴太多會有點粘膩是真的~噴薄薄的一層就有效緩舒凉爽的效果了!
